Jurmala Park House was designed as a club house, when residents have unique services, such as a hairdresser, cafe, gym, beauty salon, massage parlor. The project also includes 12-14 hotel rooms, which will be rented for a season or a shorter period. Main mission of the company is to sell all the apartments.
And Aivako's task was to develop logo that would contribute to this, that will cause persistent, rapid and direct association with the images embodying the house itself and the place in which it is located."
